Evansville Tea & Coffee Co built a store front on Main St and factory behind across the alley in 1924. It relocated from 1220 E Oregon (20 E) and operated here for several years by Fred Reysz.

Evansville Tea and Coffee went out of business c1943. Aster Nut Products took over the building around 1946. They manufactured peanut butter and other products

Aster Nut went out of business around 1978 The Jewett Davidson Co ran an AC repair shop here in the early 1980s
